McCormack Partners is working with one of the largest and well-established commercial roofing contractors in the states. They have been established for over 100 years and specialize in the commercial and industrial roofing industry. The Project Manager/Estimator will be responsible for estimating, scheduling and management of the full lifecycle of projects from cradle to grave.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and implement project contracts, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Produce accurate estimates from blueprints, field notes, and on-site evaluations.
• Engage and liaise with stakeholders, delivering comprehensive project proposals.
• Conduct and participate in essential project meetings, aligning team goals and strategies.
• Oversee project logistics including budgeting, equipment allocation, and team assignments.
• Execute contracts with subcontractors, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Monitor and manage job costs, ensuring alignment with budgets and addressing variances.

Key Requirements:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent or a college degree in Construction Management would be ideal.
• At least three years' experience in the roofing sector.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with project management software.
• Possess a valid driver's license.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, understanding and relaying instructions and policies.
